Based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Monique is available for private musical instruction for students of all ages, as well as a performer for weddings, parties and other events.

Monique has over twenty years experience of providing violin, viola, cello, guitar and mandolin lessons, both in large groups and in individual settings. Monique has taught music lessons in Philadelphia public elementary schools as well as provided private one-on-one lessons to students of all ages.

Having been trained classically, Monique is able to play and teach violin, viola and cello, and has played all three in professional orchestras. She is also able to play different styles such as jazz, hip hop and contemporary music and can assist students who wish to learn improvisation and music theory.

She is a passionate teacher who firmly believes that learning is a very individual experience that should be uniquely tailored to each student. The lessons are focused equally on allowing the student to develop a love for music as well as learning formal technique and repertoire.

She is available to provide individual and group musical instruction and lessons for the following:
